The WTG, CNV, RMU and De Unie continued the negotiations on a new collective labor agreement in a constructive atmosphere on 25 January 2023. The WTG had formulated a new proposal that was discussed with the trade unions. Broadly speaking, the parties have come close to each other in terms of wage development and other points. The next meeting is scheduled for February 6 and the parties expect to reach a negotiated result with each other.
DigiC
As most of you know has De Unie participated for the first time in the Collective Labor Agreement negotiations at the Technical Wholesale Trade according to the so-called DigiC process. This means that all employees have had the opportunity to provide input for the negotiations and also that all employees have the opportunity to vote on the final result.
We assume that we can agree on an improved negotiation result with the WTG on February 6. Soon afterwards, this will be put to the vote of the employees working in the sector.
