On November 7, 2022, employers' organization WTG and trade unions sat down to discuss the new collective labor agreement.
The new collective labor agreement process is slightly different this year than in previous years. WTG and De Unie walk together a DigiC process to arrive at a new collective agreement.
DigiC is a method that wants to involve all employees and employers in the formation of the employment conditions. This is done through consultation, dialogue in panel discussions and a broad survey, which makes it possible to hear the voice of all employees. For example, prior to the start of the negotiations, the parties already had a good idea of the wishes and needs of employers and employees with regard to the terms of employment.
