Technical Wholesale: Update collective labor agreement

September 16 2025

On Monday, September 15, 2025, the collective bargaining agreement parties held the third round of negotiations. In an open and constructive atmosphere, with mutual understanding of each other's principles, discussions focused on two main topics: the duration of the collective bargaining agreement and the associated wage increases. To be fair, the negotiations are proving difficult. Therefore, no concrete agreements have yet been reached. It is certainly positive that progress is being made on both sides during the negotiations.

The deployment of De Unie is based on the participation model (all employees in the Technical Wholesale sector participate in discussions and decisions) and we want to agree on a pay increase that will maintain purchasing power! You can see our commitment here read it again.

The next meeting will take place on October 7, 2025, and we assume that we can reach an agreement. Parties still have a few steps to take. We will, of course, provide another update after the event on October 7th.
