On April 9, 2024, we held discussions with the employer for the first time about the contents of a social plan as a safety net for the consequences of the reorganization announced by the management. During the conversation, the scenarios examined, the alternatives sought and why this scenario was chosen were discussed in detail. The need for rapid intervention was also discussed for the continuity of the organization. It is now up to the works council to form an opinion on its usefulness and necessity and to issue advice to the employer.
