The employer's final offer for a new collective labor agreement has been rejected by our Complete and Extra members. We were invited by the employer to continue the collective labor agreement consultation last Wednesday, February 1, 2023.

After a very intensive exploratory consultation with the employer, the employer informed us that there is no room to remove the final offer from the table. The final offer remains as it is unfortunately. It is very disappointing and frustrating to note that the employer did not want to take any steps towards us in order to resume collective bargaining.

You have made it very clear to us, through the joint survey of all trade unions, that you do not accept the final offer. Our members want at least a wage increase (minimum 6%) that can compensate for a fair part of the average high inflation (around 9%), the right to work from home with compensation and an unchanged extension of the central social plan in connection with possible reorganization(s) in the near future.

Signify has until next Thursday, February 9, to consider their position again. If it does not change, we will quickly consult with our members to discuss follow-up steps and possible actions to make the employer realize that he must come up with a better offer for a new collective labor agreement.

This is now briefly the state of affairs and after next Thursday we will inform you further. Have this newsletter also read by your colleagues who are not yet Union members. They can become a member and also receive our newsletters. With more members we can achieve more! You can become a member via this page.
