Differences are too big!

As also from the attached proposals from Signify and the suggestions from us can be gathered, we unfortunately do not expect a new collective labor agreement for Signify in the short term.

The reason for this is that there is a considerable difference between our proposals and Signify's proposals. We are very far apart at the moment. According to the employer, Signify is currently in an unfavorable financial situation and for that reason it feels forced to intervene in the cost structure of the organization. This has an impact on their collective labor agreement proposals, according to the employer.

Central social plan

With regard to Signify's proposal on the current central social plan, we do not rule out that the employer will resubmit their deterioration proposal from last time.

How further?

Given the employer's proposals, we are unfortunately not very optimistic at the moment about the second round of collective labor agreement negotiations at Signify. This will take place on October 10, 2023. We will inform our members after October 10 about the outcome of the negotiations that day.
