This outcome has now also been passed on to your employer with the request to renegotiate with us as soon as possible about a better result that is acceptable to everyone.
We are now awaiting a response from Signify to our request. In the meantime, we cannot adopt a wait-and-see attitude. To ensure that the employer responds quickly and adequately to our request, we must together (members and non-members) let Signify know that it is not only the wish of our members, but also of the majority of the staff.
We, along with the other unions, would like to demonstrate this to Signify through a joint pamphlet and a survey. This is urgently needed now to get employers involved as soon as possible.
