Signify: negotiation result collective labor agreement

February 21 2023

After our members rejected the employer's final offer, negotiations were held with the employer again on February 9, 2023 for a new collective labor agreement for Signify. On that day we negotiated very intensively and constructively with the employer. In the end, we reached a negotiation result like you here can read.

Join now De Unie. You can do that from €0!

Neutral

We present this result to the members neutrally because apart from our minimum wage demand of 6% we have not been able to agree on a considerable part of our proposals. Such as a structural home working scheme with compensation, application of the generation pact, RVU scheme and supplement to 100% of the income and pension accrual during parental leave. In addition, we were able to extend the current CSP (Central Social Plan) until December 31, 2023! This result is the maximum achievable outcome through negotiation at this time.

Your support counts!

The new collective labor agreement applies from 1 July 2022 to 31 June 2023. This means that we will have to negotiate again this year in order to agree on an even better collective labor agreement. This result would not have been possible without the support of you and your colleagues who are members. The more members the more we can achieve. Please share this with your colleague who is not yet a member so that our position at the collective bargaining table will become even stronger. Your colleague can become a member via this registration form and may also vote on the final bid.
