Final offer
Hereby we send you the final offer Members with a Full or Extra membership have received the invitation to vote. The voting period ends on February 11, 2025.
If the final offer is rejected, it is not automatic that we can negotiate with the employer again for a better result. As we explained during the members' meeting, the employer no longer wants to negotiate with us. In order to convince the employer to enter into discussions with us, we need everyone's help, as well as that of your colleagues. That is why we ask you to let us know if you are prepared to support us by actively participating in any actions that may be organized by trade unions.
