These negotiations ultimately led to a final offer from Signify for a new collective labor agreement. This means that the employer no longer wants to negotiate with us to reach an acceptable result for all parties. We find it very regrettable that the employer is not prepared to continue negotiating with us
According to our information, the employer has already communicated the final offer internally. They will also discuss this with the employees during several meetings.
We will also do this during a joint members meeting of all trade unions. This will take place on;

Also your colleagues who are not yet members of De Unie are most welcome. Only members with a Complete or Extra membership can vote on the final offer. The vote will take place in writing after the meeting. Members with a Complete or Extra membership will receive a separate message about this.
