On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, consultations between Signify and trade union representatives on a new collective labor agreement (CLA) continued.

During the meeting, the various topics were further explained in detail. All parties at the table endorse the importance of a new collective labor agreement for Signify employees and emphasize the urgency to complete the negotiation process expeditiously.
However, it has been noted that there are still significant differences between the proposals of the unions on the one hand and Signify on the other. Although this is a challenge, both parties are willing to explore all possibilities to reach an agreement.
The coming period will be used to investigate these possibilities, and the consultation will continue in early January. We will keep the members informed. Subject: feedback 2nd round collective labor agreement negotiations.
