Last time we agreed on a collective labor agreement with a short term of 12 months. This will expire on 30 June 2023. We will soon be negotiating with the employer again for a new collective labor agreement.
In preparation for the upcoming negotiations, we have drafted a letter of proposals on behalf of De Unie drawn up. read here the amendment proposals. You will probably recognize the topics included in this from our latest proposal letter. The reason for this is that unfortunately we cannot fully or completely agree on these points with the employer. For that reason, we would like to raise these points again for the new collective labor agreement.
