As you probably already know, the employer has again indicated that the SAMCO collective labor agreement must be maintained. Based on this, we have consulted with the employer. During this consultation, we made it clear that we can maintain the collective labor agreement, provided that the content of the current collective labor agreement is in line with the results of the collective labor agreement negotiations for the new Metalektro collective labor agreement. Only then can the new SAMCO collective labor agreement be submitted to the members for a vote. After the members have agreed, there can be a new collective labor agreement for SAMCO.

The employer has now adjusted the collective labor agreement texts in accordance with the outcome of the applicable Metalektro collective labor agreement. You can here read. We therefore submit this new SAMCO collective labor agreement to you for a vote.
