On March 31, 2025, the members of De Unie and its fellow unions have accepted the employers' final offer for a new collective labor agreement for housing services. Since then, we have been working to amend the text of the collective labor agreement to reflect the agreements reached during negotiations.

Adjustments always take time, because we want to get it right. This time, it took a little extra time because we still had a few minor details to sort out. For example, we coordinated two things with the Tax and Customs Administration because tax regulations have changed here and there recently.
