The members have received the draft proposal letter from De Unie confirmed. The executives did make some adjustments based on the members' comments. The most important change is the increase in our salary proposal. The proposal to make the travel allowance more flexible has also been improved at the request of members. We have not been able to adopt all the ideas put forward. We will keep these ideas from members, perhaps we can still use them in the course of the negotiations.

Agenda
The collective labor agreement negotiations will start on February 22, 2022. You will receive a report of this consultation from me after February 22.
