What do you think?
In order to properly represent the interests of the employees at ASML, listen in the discussion about terms of employment De Unie We'd like to hear the opinions of all our employees. That's why, last year, between March 30th and April 17th, we commissioned MWM2-Innervoice to conduct the DigiC survey, in collaboration with ASML. Over 7.000 colleagues completed this DigiC survey. De Unie these results are leading in the discussions with ASML about terms of employment.
Our first conclusion is that there are already many good terms of employment. We do not want to change what has been properly arranged. But the DigiC survey that you have filled in en masse shows that there is also room for improvement. Now that discussions with ASML about employment conditions are being started, we would like to invite you to talk to us. Do you recognize the results of the research?
