Just like the employees, we were very concerned yesterday about Philips' announcement to once again implement a reorganization, which will affect hundreds of employees in the Netherlands. Nearly one hundred jobs will be lost at the Innovation & Strategy (I&S) department. In addition, another hundred employees from Innovation & Design will be transferred.

Like you, we were very concerned yesterday about Philips’ announcement to once again implement a reorganization, which will affect hundreds of employees in the Netherlands. This is yet another reorganization since 2023. Management states that these steps are necessary to become more agile and competitive, but we wonder: how many more jobs can be lost before the ongoing reorganizations and reductions in personnel come to an end?
