After we issued an ultimatum to Philips, Philips came up with a new proposal. That prompted us to go back to the negotiating table. For that reason, we have suspended the planned actions as a work interruption. Last Wednesday, May 10, we formally engaged in constructive and very intensive negotiations again. Ultimately, this led to a negotiation result.
Read here the negotiation result and study it carefully. Through an online membership meeting, we will give members the opportunity to discuss any questions with the representative.

After the online members' meeting, we will present the result to the members with a neutral advice. In this we will send the members an online ballot paper with which they can cast their vote. Voting is only possible if they have a Complete or Extra membership. Members registered with us as Light members only can join this meeting if they here convert membership to Full Membership. Then they can also cast their vote.

No more actions (work interruptions) will be planned until our members have cast their votes.
