The petition has been signed by a large number of Philips employees so far. Thank you again for that!
On October 30th, the collective bargaining negotiators of the four unions, together with a few executives, will hand over the petition to the employer. On behalf of Philips, Karin Middelburg and Hans Schelbergen will receive it.
During the negotiations, we will vigorously bring the employees' demands back to the attention of the employer. We will ask Philips to come up with a better offer as soon as possible, so that we can quickly negotiate a new collective labor agreement that you are entitled to.
We will inform the members as soon as possible about the outcome of this handover and the further progress of the collective labor agreement process.
