During this meeting, the parties further explained their own proposals for a new collective labor agreement. Read to be sure here our proposals again. You can accept the proposals of the employer here .
The first meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere. Our first impression based on the employer's proposals is that there is a considerable distance between what the employer is willing to do and our wishes. We hope to reach an agreement during the forthcoming negotiations.
The second round will take place on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in which we will further negotiate the content of the proposals letters.
