On May 16, 2023, members received a relevance and satisfaction survey. Start with this survey De Unie the preparation of the negotiations for the NN collective labor agreement 2024.
Investigation
The survey was completed by approximately 350 employees. A good result for a study that really had the employees sit down for a while. Most answers (57%) come from employees who are not members of De Unie. The members have successfully forwarded the survey to colleagues, thank you for that. And this also shows that employees consider it important to be able to think along about their own collective labor agreement. Structural salary increase
No question was included about the collective labor agreement increase, but about the level of payment at NN. But in the open questions, the issue of a collective labor agreement increase was frequently discussed. The policy of De Unie is to ask for a structural salary increase equal to inflation in 2022. But in consultation with the members, the salary proposal can be set at a different level. This depends on the economic situation of the company and the motivation of the members to defend their interests.
