The goal-setting meetings at NN are about to begin. You'll likely be having them with your manager soon. This meeting is important: it's about your goals, your performance, your development, and often also about what you need to continue performing well. Such a conversation can be quite exciting, especially when you want to clearly articulate your own goals, interests, and wishes, but also want to demonstrate how your goals align with NN's corporate objectives.
