The concept transition plan for NN CDC pension fund (NCP) is ready. In this transition plan, social partners (trade unions and NN) have described how they would like to shape the transition to a scheme under the Future Pensions Act (Wtp). De Unie submits the draft transition plan to the members for a vote. Your opinion is important because you will help determine whether this transition plan will be implemented.

Member meeting
De Unie organizes an online members meeting on:
Thursday January 23 2025 from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
In this members meeting I will explain the transition plan. You can ask questions in the meeting. Members with a Complete or Extra membership have received an invitation for the members meeting.
Explanation
In the transition plan, a number of choices have been made with regard to the pension scheme that is implemented by NCP. The first choice concerns the decision to enter a new Wtp pension scheme or to abandon it. The starting point of the law is to enter. The second choice concerns the choice between a flexible or solidarity premium scheme. Subsequently, various choices have been made to shape the pension scheme, for example the size of the reserve, the spreading period, etc. Because the pension fund is closed, an attempt is made to remain as close as possible to the current scheme.
To vote
Members with Full or Extra membership of De Unie may indicate by casting their vote whether they agree with the transition plan as far as it relates to NCP. They have received an invitation to cast their vote. The vote is open until Thursday January 30, 2025. The NCP has been closed for several years. If members have not built up a pension with the NCP, they do not have to vote.
