New date
We will resume negotiations on 3 May. Trade associations and NN will make every effort to achieve a result. The most important subjects on which we have to reach an agreement with NN are the structural salary increase and the pension scheme.
Salary
's initial proposal De Unie was to increase the salaries and salary scales by 3%, based on a collective labor agreement with a duration of 12 months. Our proposal letter dates from September 2020. During the negotiations, it was indicated that we could settle for a lower percentage, but due to the sharp rise in inflation, we see that the expectations of the members have also changed again.
Retirement
As indicated earlier, the pension working group advised to make a choice between two options:
- Agree on a defined contribution scheme as of 1 October 2022
- Continuing the current pension scheme temporarily
