On January 27, 2020, the CLA parties started negotiations to arrive at a new CLA MITT as of April 1, 2020. The members have a newsletter got over. We then had a joint executive meeting on February 11, 2020 to discuss negotiations with them and get their views on a negotiation outcome. On February 18, we continued negotiations with the employers and we reached a negotiation result.
Parties to the collective labor agreement have reached a negotiation result about a collective labor agreement with a short term, a wage increase, a new dispensation policy and legal adjustment regarding partner leave at birth and the RAM premium. Until December 2020, we will be working on a number of themes in working groups that also include executives. Think of topics such as sustainable employability, assessment and the shift matrix. The results can then be included in the negotiations for the collective labor agreement from December 2020. Read here the full negotiation result.
