Effort De Unie collective labor agreement MITT

In the coming negotiations we will discuss a number of themes for the new collective labor agreement, such as wages, pensions, sustainable employability, 3e year unemployment benefits and working hours. Thanks to all the Union members who responded to my last poll on these topics. This has been input for the commitment letter from De Unie for the new collective labor agreement MITT as of 1 January 2022. Negotiations for the new collective labor agreement will start on Tuesday afternoon, November 9, 2021, but more about that later.

Vacancies Accountability Body

Two vacancies have arisen in the Accountability Council of the MITT pension fund. This concerns a vacancy for a seat for the pensioners and a vacancy for a seat for the participants. The members of the Accountability Body who represent the participants and the pension beneficiaries are nominated from the FNV, CNV Vakmensen and De Unie. Given the composition, De Unie not the first to submit a candidate. In the profile sketch from the member of the Accountability Council you can read what you must meet. You can find the Regulations of the Accountability Body for information here. Gladly no later than Friday 3 December 2021 your response via emanuel.geurts@unie.nl.
