The members were previously informed about the negotiated result for a new collective labor agreement MITT as of January 1, 2023 and their opinion was asked. The result of the vote is now known. Furthermore, some information about the current opportunities to develop further via MOI!
Voting result and follow-up
The members of De Unie have spoken very broadly in favor of the result achieved. There is also agreement among the members of the other trade unions. Very practically, this means that the collective wage increases (if they have not already been granted) can be given retroactively in May. The agreements made are now being incorporated into the new collective labor agreement booklet for the MITT. As soon as the new CAO booklet 2023 is ready, it will be sent to members digitally. The expectation is around May.
ME!
In April, the secretariat of MOI! mailed an information package to all employers with staff in the MITT with the intention of publicizing it in the company. This includes, among other things, the route map and the development calendar for the coming period up to the summer. For more information about MOI!
