In this message we inform you about the negotiation result for the collective labor agreement MITT and I ask for your vote on it. I also call on you to put forward your candidacy for the Accountability Body Bpf MITT.
Negotiation result
There were two points, namely wages and the generation pact, which the parties to the collective labor agreement could not resolve earlier. On Monday, April 3, 2023, we did reach a negotiation result for a new collective labor agreement. The three most important points from the negotiation result are:
- The collective labor agreement runs from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023;
- the scales and salaries will be increased by 1% as of January 2023, 6 and by 1% as of April 2023, 1;
- As of 1 May 2023, employees who meet the conditions can use a generation pact scheme where you work 80%, receive 85% salary and accrue 100% pension. You do hand in your age days and any shift day for this.

Stemming
The members have received an invitation to vote on the negotiation result until Monday 1 May 2023. If the members agree, the salary changes can be carried over into the month of May. You will of course receive a message from me again as soon as the result of the vote is known.
Vacancy member Accountability Body
