The most important points summarized again
- Term of 1 year, until December 31, 2026.
- A 2% salary increase, plus €43 gross nominal per month (as of January 1, 2026).
- One-off payment of €100 net in November 2026.
- Net reimbursement of your union dues for 2026 (provided you were a member on January 1, 2026).
- Salary limit HP collective labor agreement increased to €131.256.
- An increase in the RVU benefit of €300 gross for new participants from January 1, 2026.
- When switching from a generational pact to an early retirement scheme (RVU), you will receive benefits based on your original working hours.

Members with a Full or Extra membership have received an invitation to vote. Voting is open. until January 28, 2026, 13:00 PM. As you in our previous post If you have read this, we will present this result positively to members with a Complete or Extra membership.
