Vast majority agrees! The member consultation on the collective labor agreement reached in the Metal and Technology sector has now been completed. Many members have cast their votes and many thanks for that! Based on the votes cast, the vast majority of members have agreed to the collective labor agreement reached.
The members of the other trade unions and employers have also agreed to the collective labour agreement. This means that there is now a definitive agreement on a new collective labour agreement in the Metal and Technology sector.
Final agreement!
From now on, we will be working hard to ensure that the agreements made in the collective labor agreement are implemented as well as possible. We will also bring the topics that are not included in the new collective labor agreement, but do deserve attention, such as travel allowance and home work allowance, to the attention of individual employers.
Once again we would like to thank the members who have shown their commitment by supporting us in actions and by casting their votes.
More members, more results!
Of course, it remains a fact that we can achieve more with more members. That is why we repeat our call to everyone to support your colleagues who are not yet members of De Unie to contact them and make them members. This can be done very easily via this link.
