Proposals based on the input received

De Unie is committed to fair working conditions that align well with the daily practices of its members. Member input forms the basis of the negotiating mandate. By working together and making their voices heard, we gain a stronger position in negotiations.

Based on the feedback received, we have developed a set of draft proposals. These focus on improving employment conditions such as salary, leave, sustainable employability, and job security. The proposals are designed to strengthen the position of employees within the sector.

How further?

It's essential that we proceed through the negotiation process with broad support. Therefore, we're sharing our proposals in advance and inviting members to provide feedback again.

We therefore ask you to read the proposals, evaluate them, and let us know any comments or suggestions you may have. Read here the draft proposal letter for the collective labor agreement for the Metal and Technology sector.

Please know that members' input matters and that their choice affects not only their own employment conditions, but also those of the entire profession. Members with a Full or Extra membership have received an invitation to vote. This can be done until October 6.

Together for better working conditions

With the involvement and support of our members, we can work together to achieve strong collective labor agreements that improve employment conditions and working conditions. The power of De Unie is in collaboration with the members.
