Then we cordially invite you to participate in a survey about your experiences with sustainable employability schemes, such as the Early Retirement Scheme (RVU), the Generation Pact, and other severance measures. The collective labor agreement parties commissioned the research agency TNO to conduct this survey as an independent party.

With your input, collective bargaining agreement parties can better align their agreements with actual practice and your needs. To gain a complete picture, employers will also receive a questionnaire and case studies will be conducted.
