The negotiation season for the collective labor agreement Metalektro is about to start again. We will start on September 30 and will talk to the employers' association FME on October 14, 29 and November 11. If we have not reached an agreement by then, there is a reserve day on November 25. This year, the negotiation delegation consists of Wout Pronk (executive member from Regional Jet Center Martinair) and Gertjan Tommel (advocate).

The experiences of the last two negotiations make us positive about the process. We assume that we can inform the employee before December 1st what will change positively from January 1st 2026.
