Recently, the members received a message on behalf of the employer via the employer De Unie and the employer with an update on the DigiC process in preparation for the collective labor agreement negotiations.
The panel sessions have been completed and have yielded a lot of valuable information. The InnerVoice research agency is currently working on translating these conversations into a questionnaire for all employees, which is scheduled to be sent out at the end of May/beginning of June 2023.
Because we think it is important to stay in touch with you regularly about the progress, we invite you for a consultation. During the consultation we can reflect on the process and the findings so far, but there is also room to exchange ideas about what is on your mind. This will help us to act even better prepared on behalf of the employees in the negotiations.
