In the last consultation, all parties discussed and explained their proposals. You can here the proposals of De Unie .
Explanation
There are many topics on the table that deserve attention. And it's negotiations on two fronts. Namely the collective labor agreement and the social plan. We both want to extend them, and where possible for a longer period.
There is a desire to get out of it quickly from both sides. We hope that this will work, but there is a lot on the table and not much rapprochement yet. So we're not there yet. More explanation is also needed here and there.
Continuation
Another meeting is scheduled for next week. We have planned a day with a run in the evening for this. We hope that by then we can figure it out, or at least have already taken some steps. We will keep you informed.
