Briefly below the agreements and you can read the whole agreement here proofread.

If the members agree, there will be wage increases at 4 times:

The term of the new collective labor agreement is one year from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024.
In December 2022: a one-off payment of € 400 netto (based on full-time employment). This agreement also applies to temporary workers.
In February 2023: One collective wage increase according to a sliding scale from 4,9% for scale 4 to 2,5% for scale 13.
On March 31, 2023: The standard salaries are increased once by 1%. As a result, everyone drops 1% in the RSP (Relative Salary Position) and the long-term perspective in the scale therefore improves by 1% for everyone. For the employees who are now at 100% RSP, that perspective of 1% will already be realized on April 1, 2023 because they then rise from 99% to 100% RSP.
In April 2023: the individual increase based on an improved RSP table. The individual increase depends on the RSP table, which has improved by an average of 0,5% per step, so that employees move from the bottom of the scale to the top of the scale in a maximum of 12 steps instead of the 16 steps from the old collective labor agreement .
In July 2023: A collective salary increase of 2,5%.

This means that everyone gains at least 6%.

We were able to make agreements on a number of other subjects, such as the introduction of the minimum wage in two steps and continuation of the RVU agreement.

Cast your vote

We would have liked to see the wages slightly higher, but this turned out to be unfeasible. We have been able to make good agreements on a number of other points. And are satisfied with that.

The members have received an invitation to vote until December 20, 2022.
