Tuesday January 28, 2025 have De Unie, the other trade unions and the employers' delegation of the insurers have reached a negotiation result for a new collective labor agreement as of January 1, 2025. Below you can read the most important points from this result, and we ask the members with a Complete or Extra membership to cast their vote on this.

Negotiation result
The collective labor agreement runs from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, and we have agreed on the following salary increases:
- As of January 1, 2025
- Salaries and salary scales (effective as of December 31, 2024) will be structurally increased by 3%
- As of July 1, 2025
- Salaries and salary scales (effective as of June 30, 2025) will be structurally increased by 2%
- As of January 2026
- Salaries and salary scales (effective as of December 31, 2025) will be structurally increased by 2%
In addition, we have improved parental leave and the vitality scheme. Agreements have also been made on informal care, AI, sustainable employability and overtime/additional work regulations. You can read all the agreements in the negotiation result for the collective labor agreement 2025-2026.
Vote and sequel
We are positive about the result, but what do you think? Members with a Complete or Extra membership can cast their vote up to and including Sunday 16 February 2025. They have received an invitation about this. If the members of the trade unions and the employers have given their consent, the salary increase will be processed retroactively as of 1 January. All agreements from the negotiation result will be processed in the new collective labour agreement for the Insurers. As soon as the new collective labour agreement is ready, we will send it digitally.
