De Unie has asked the members to give their opinion on the social plan and the Transition to Work Plan (OWP).
Wide majority
A large majority of members are positive about both schemes. The vote on the OWP was almost unanimously in favor. Approximately 95% voted for the social plan. What De Unie an agreement has been reached on both the social plan and the OWP. We have informed ING and the other trade unions of this. And asked them to establish the official documents as soon as possible so that we can publish the new social plan and the new OWP.
