As you could read in the previous member's report, during the collective labor agreement consultations of 19 January 2023, the trade unions jointly came to the conclusion that we have negotiated. This means that further negotiations are pointless. Trade unions would like to conclude a collective labor agreement with ING, but ING's proposals are not acceptable to our members. Talking is pointless as long as ING refuses to listen to its own employees.
Meetings for all employees
Please note that the physical meetings will take place on a different date than first communicated. There were no more rooms available at the times we proposed.
We organize meetings for all employees on the following dates:
January 31, 19.00:20.30 pm – XNUMX:XNUMX pm
February 2, 19.00 p.m. – 20.30:XNUMX p.m
February 7, 16.00:17.30 p.m. – XNUMX:XNUMX p.m
13 February 13.00 – 14.30 physical Cedar Eventhall Amsterdam
16 February 14.00 – 15.30 physical De Zwei Leeuwarden
If there is a meeting that falls within your working hours, you can make use of Article 8.4 of the ING Collective Labor Agreement. This stipulates that you are entitled to exemption from work in order to participate in a meeting of your trade union.

As trade unions and you as a member of De Unie Of course we want a good collective labor agreement to be reached. A collective labor agreement that does justice to your efforts to make ING a successful company. We would like to take you along in the future. Actions (harder) and inform you about your rights and which legal steps are required for this. We would also like to discuss the planning with you.
The three trade unions are in solidarity with each other, we work together and have one common goal: the interests of your employees and those of your colleagues.
The floor is now yours. Trade unions coordinate the actions and facilitate you. But it is now really up to you and your colleagues to create a good collective labor agreement.
