On May 2, 2024, you received an invitation from The Union to complete a survey. This survey on the remuneration system at ING has already been completed by many members and their colleagues. We are pleased with the many responses, because the results of this survey are an important input for the CLA negotiations starting this fall.
Maybe you haven't gotten around to it yet. So fill in the CLA survey and ask your colleagues to do the same. You can do so until Wednesday, May 22. We will then close the survey and determine the results.
Meanwhile, we will prepare the next survey. This second CLA survey will deal with the subject of work pressure at ING.
