Private Banking Advice Request

ING is processing various requests for advice. Many members working in private banking have contacted De Unie Recorded regarding the requests for advice from EvolvING and CreatING. Members have questions about both the request for advice and the functioning of the social plan. De Unie is therefore organizing an online members meeting about these requests for advice.

Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2025
Time: 19.00 to 20.00
Location: online

Do you work in private banking and would you like to attend the members' meeting? Send an email to: inge.de.vries@unie.nl, I will then send you a link for the members meeting.

RVU

The collective labor agreement parties are jointly investigating whether the RVU agreement in the ING collective labor agreement can also be implemented under the new legislation. Article 7.1 of the ING collective labor agreement offers employees the option to terminate their employment with ING three years before their state pension age for a limited compensation. This collective labor agreement agreement is based on the Lump Sum, RVU, and Leave Savings Act. This law is temporary and expires on December 31, 2025. The new RVU Act, which takes effect on January 1, 2026, is more strictly worded and places much more emphasis on physically demanding work. Age alone is insufficient reason to use the new RVU scheme. The law requires demonstrably physically demanding work. The collective labor agreement parties are investigating whether it is possible to continue the agreement in the ING collective labor agreement from January 1, 2026. However, whether this will be successful is uncertain. However, it has been agreed that employees can also use the current collective labor agreement in December 2025.
