On February 16, 2023 De Unie periodic consultations with ING. In the periodic consultations, the trade unions discuss the state of affairs at ING, including the progress of the study agreements from the previous collective labor agreement. Questions that I, Inge de Vries (representative), receive from members about the application of their terms of employment, I also bring to these consultations. Even now that the collective labor agreement negotiations have stalled, it is important to continue the discussions about the day-to-day business. We had to decide to shorten the periodic consultations. On that same day, a three-quarter meeting was scheduled in Leeuwarden by all trade unions.

Online member meeting
De Unie organizes so-called three-quarter meetings. Now that the collective labor agreement negotiations have stalled, we ask the members to speak out about issuing an ultimatum and taking action. Due to popular demand, online meetings are also arranged. The members have received an invitation to register for the online meeting of Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Two meetings are held at 17.00 Hours and to 19.30 Hours.
