September 23th is the start date of the negotiations for your next CLA. De Unie will conduct these negotiations on your behalf. That is why we believe it is important to discuss the stakes for the negotiations with you in advance. We started by researching how our members (and their ING colleagues) think about a number of important employment conditions. We have reported the results of these surveys to you in our newsletters.
