ICK: Update collective bargaining

We have spoken extensively with the employers about negotiating with each other in a mutually respectful manner. We have come to good agreements in this regard. On that basis, we have decided to continue the substantive consultation.

The modified offer of employers

Employers have not moved on most subjects. Of course we have spoken again about unpaid travel time, but that position has not changed. We then also discussed the division between the collective increase and the individual increase and the possibility of deviating from regulations by the works council. Employers do not want to change this structure. We are also talking about clarifying the provisions to make abuse more difficult. However, we do not meet there yet. Employers have taken a step towards the collective wage increase. We have received a renewed offer of 5,5%, with a term of 1 year.

What now?

We immediately scheduled a new negotiation on Friday, February 3, 2023. The members have received an invitation to participate in the joint members meeting at 19.30 pm.
