Based on the results of the last digital members' meeting, we have spoken again with the employers in the ICK sector to come to a new collective labor agreement. It was a solid conversation in which we clearly made our wishes known. The outcome was that a wage increase of 6% is now available, but all other wishes we had were not negotiable in this collective labor agreement. This was really insufficient for us to reach a negotiation result. The members had sent us on another assignment. In the end, the employers decided to submit a final final offer. We cordially invite you to participate in a digital membership meeting at Tuesday, March 14 from 19.30:XNUMX p.m. In this meeting we would like to explain the consultation with the employers and discuss how to proceed. Members have been invited to participate in the meeting. Colleagues are also welcome to this meeting. That is why we ask you to share this message with as many employees as possible.
