The outcome
Of our members, 63% agreed with the outcome of the negotiations. That means that De Unie can agree to the new collective labor agreement.
Some of the in favor and the no voters have noted that they are disappointed in the offer that was eventually put on the table. We have passed that signal on to the employers.
What now?
The text of the current collective labor agreement will be adapted to the result that has now been achieved. We have not yet made any agreements about when the text will be adjusted. As soon as the new collective labor agreement text is available, I, representative Hans Korver, will inform you about it.
The result means, among other things, that the wage scales and your actual wage will be increased by 2,9% with retroactive effect from 1 January 2022. I do not know exactly how your employer will do that. This can differ per employer. Your employer will inform you shortly how exactly he will do this.
