- CAO HG
Last week we had a well-attended digital members meeting regarding the negotiated result achieved by the collective labor agreement HG. The results have now been announced and I can inform you that the members of both De Unie if MHP Heineken have accepted the negotiation result. We have already informed Heineken of this. - Homework allowance
As agreed, the homework allowance will be paid retroactively to 1 January 2022. This has been discussed with the tax authorities and this has led to the following solution- Those involved will receive a 2022% homework allowance for the months of January 2022 and February 100;
- for the period March 2022 up to and including June 2022, those involved will receive compensation based on working from home 3 days a week and working at the office 2 days a week;
- the payment will be made in June.
- SBR
The current SBR scheme has a term until July 1, 2022. In recent months, many of you have approached us with the question of how things will continue after July 1. The position of MHP Heineken and De Unie is clear, namely an unchanged extension! During our consultation earlier this week, we indicated this to Heineken. As a result, Heineken will continue the SBR scheme unchanged for two years. The new term will therefore be from July 01, 2022 to July 1, 2024.
A number of matters in the SBR that are no longer applicable due to changes in legislation and regulations are being edited editorially. In Q1 2023, the parties will consult each other about a new and more modern SBR.
Stemming
Of course you can let us know whether or not you agree with the extension of the SBR. Members have been invited to vote. You can vote until no later than May 25† If you want to read the SBR again, click here.
