As is known De Unie in negotiations with Heineken about a new SBR. After 3 rounds of negotiations there is a result that we would like to explain: Monday

De Unie / MHP Heineken, together with the other unions involved, have negotiated significant improvements compared to Heineken's first offer. Unfortunately, we were not able to remove all changes that Heineken proposed from the result. You can see the full result here .
Highlights from the result are:
- Duration of new SBR from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026;
- The Subdistrict Court Formula will be maintained during the term of the new SBR (after which it will expire). The maximum compensation will be 300K;
- The current SBR scheme will remain in force during the period from July 1, 2024 to September 1, 2024.
- Improved guidance in finding internal and external placement, with an attractive graduated bonus for early departure.

During the members meeting, the negotiation result will be explained and we will answer any questions. You can then cast your vote. The members have received an invitation to vote. This is possible until Friday, July 12, 2024, 12.00:XNUMX noon.
