In recent months there has been a lot of consultation at all levels and in all kinds of forms and compositions about a new collective labor agreement for Heineken Group. Unfortunately, all these consultations have not yet led to a result that all parties involved could agree on.
On May 2, consultations took place again between the parties. We are pleased to inform you that we have reached a negotiator's agreement with the parties. For all collective labor agreement employees employed by Heineken Group on 1 July 2022, the salaries will be additionally adjusted as of 1 July with a collective increase of 3 percent, on top of the salary as applicable on 30 June 2022 and regardless of whether the maximum RSP has been reached. . The salary scales that have already been raised will remain the same. Informative members meeting

- Wednesday 11 May from 12.00 noon to 13.00 p.m. via MS Teams. Members have been invited to register for the members meeting. We will ensure that you receive a link to participate on Wednesday.
