
The first SBR negotiation round took place on Wednesday afternoon, June 12, 2024. We would like to inform members about this during a digital members meeting on:

It was a difficult session in which Heineken explained the ambition and considerations and made a number of concrete proposals. The most important points are:
- Much improved guidance for work-to-work processes, with more attention also being paid to internal redeployment.
- Transition from the subdistrict court formula to the transition payment. Heineken proposes to apply factor 2 for employees up to 55 years of age. Above that age, a factor of 2,2 is applied.
- A cap of €250.000 on the compensation. This means that the compensation will be capped at the aforementioned €250.000.

Together with the MHP, I will respond on behalf of MHP Heineken and De Unie to prepare. We would like to coordinate this joint response with the members in advance during the joint members meeting.
We realize that time is short, but the next negotiation will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. For this reason, we have chosen to organize this members meeting on Monday, June 17.
